Open Frame’s founder, Debra, thoroughly enjoys her 1:1 sessions with each of her private clients, drawing upon her coaching knowledge and her creative, problem-solving experience to tailor each session/series to be most effective for the individual. Her VFX background also ensures an understanding of the unique challenges and rewards faced by those working in this and related industries.

1. Foundation:

Our standard package is 6 x 1 hour 1:1 coaching sessions – you’ll be amazed what can be achieved in this time!

2. On-going support:

Following the foundation package, a number of clients choose to take out a flexible package for on-going support, to help embed their new learnings.

3. One-off interview prep or decision-making session:

We offer a one-off 90 minute session to help people prep for interviews and/or make a decision (for example, when offered a new role!). We’re delighted to say, we have a 100% track record on this!
